Mortgage Loan

Mortgage Loan

Thank you for taking time to visit our website to apply for a home loan. Our goal is to provide a favorable mortgage experience while maintaining consistent, straightforward communication.

After you complete the application a mortgage professional will then review your application to determine which program is in your best interest: conventional, FHA, VA or Rural Development. After this review, a representative from Consumer Loan Services, LLC (CLS) will contact you to discuss your options. CCU is proud to have partnered with CLS to provide you with multiple channels of mortgage options.

Once a decision has been made, CLS will send your initial forms directly to you or to our branch location and then together we will sign the forms and proceed to complete the loan transaction.

We look forward to assist you through this process to provide you with the key to your new home.
